This is at this stage not to publish yet, as I would have to edit this thesis which was published only as a Xeroxorint in two volumes with Vol 1 Text, of 95 pages and Vol 2 with scientific footnotes and annotations.
The edition of approx. 30 copies, produces always a request by university or other institutional libraries.
